Inspired by the urban landscape, Adam Ambro's work looks to find beauty in less than obvious places.

Beginning with a recycled canvas of newspaper, layers of pen, marker and whatever else happens to be within arm's reach are added.  The end result is a highly textured, imperfect interpretation of the man-made environment.

Based in Golden, Colorado, Adam is a full-time architect and part-time artist.  Past accomplishments include being selected as 1 of 8 2013 Cherry Creek Arts Festival Emerging Artists, the 2013 AIA Denver Young Architect of the Year, and a member of the 2014 Engineering News Record Mountain States Top 20 Under 40.
